Every Prime Event at Azure Sky can include a full property buyout — every one of the 14 rooms reserved for your group, staff dedicated to your party, and the pool, courtyard, and lobby bar exclusively yours for the length of your stay.

How Every Prime Event Starts
Begin with a 72-hour courtesy hold that secures your rooms while you review the contract and confirm headcount. A signed contract and 25% deposit then confirm your date. Your group books directly with a custom link, or by calling 760-469-4498. Blocking more than 4 rooms is treated as a full hotel buyout — the property becomes exclusively yours. We hand off a preferred vendor list for coordinators, catering, florals, and entertainment, booked and paid directly by you.
Three Spaces, One Capacity Ceiling
Azure Sky was built at a scale of 40 guests, on purpose. Every event space below is sized for a group that actually fits — not a ballroom rented out at a fraction of its capacity.
Lobby & Bar
Up to 20 guests, 800 sq ft. Oak and mirror-banded walls, a cocktail bar, and a fireplace in original brick — glass doors open to the courtyard. Best for intimate ceremonies and cocktail-style receptions.
Meadow Courtyard
Up to 40 guests, 3,400 sq ft. Open grass, a fire pit, and San Jacinto Mountain views at sunset. Available with a full hotel buyout for ceremonies, dinners, and dancing under the stars.
Pool Terrace
Up to 40 guests, 4,500 sq ft. Resort-style pool, a 12-person hot tub, a bar, and a fire pit. Available with a full buyout — the most requested space for receptions and parties.
