FULL HOTEL BUYOUTS

Rent the Whole Hotel. No Other Guests. Ever.

A full buyout of Azure Sky puts all 14 rooms, the resort pool, meadow courtyard, and lobby bar exclusively in your group’s hands — for up to 40 guests, with hotel staff dedicated entirely to your party.

One Contract. The Entire Property.

A hospitality buyout means a single group — a family, a wedding party, a company, a friend group — reserves an entire property for exclusive private use. At Azure Sky, that’s all 14 rooms, three event spaces, and a staff whose full attention is on your group for the duration of your stay.

Larger resorts rarely agree to buyouts, and when they do, the budget required puts it out of reach for most groups. A 14-room property changes the math: a buyout at Azure Sky is realistic for a group of 20 to 40 people splitting the cost of rooms they’d likely book anyway.

Included in Every Buyout

All 14 Rooms

Fig, Olive, and Agave suite types. Twelve rooms include fully equipped kitchenettes, eleven have private patios with hammocks, and five are one-bedroom suites — all mid-century designed with custom millwork.

Meadow Courtyard

Up to 40 guests, 3,400 sq ft. Grass, a fire pit, and unobstructed San Jacinto Mountain views — yours alone for the length of the buyout.

Pool Terrace & Lobby Bar

Up to 40 and 20 guests respectively. Resort pool, 12-person hot tub, cocktail bar, and lobby fireplace — no other guests sharing the space with your group.

Common Reasons Groups Buy Out Azure Sky

Weddings and rehearsal weekends, milestone birthdays (30th, 40th, 50th), bachelorette and bachelor parties, family reunions, and small corporate retreats. If your group wants total privacy without negotiating pool space with strangers, a buyout solves it.

From Hold to Check-In

A 72-hour courtesy hold secures your dates while you finalize headcount and review the buyout contract. A signed contract and 25% deposit confirm the buyout — every room is paid for, occupied or not. Your group books their specific rooms directly through a custom link, or by calling 760-469-4498. Three days prior to arrival, any remaining unbooked rooms are charged against the deposit — the buyout guarantee holds regardless of final headcount. Event coordinators, catering, and entertainment are booked and paid directly through Azure Sky’s preferred vendor list.

Buyout FAQs

What exactly is a hotel buyout?

A full hotel buyout means your group reserves and pays for every one of Azure Sky’s 14 rooms, even if not all are occupied. In exchange, the entire property — pool, courtyard, lobby bar, and staff — is exclusively yours for the length of your stay. No other guests are on-site.

How many rooms trigger a buyout automatically?

Blocking more than 4 rooms is treated as a full hotel buyout at Azure Sky. Below that threshold, you can book a room block without exclusive use of the property.

What’s the minimum stay for a buyout?

Buyouts are typically booked for a weekend (2–3 nights), though exact minimums depend on season and date. Ask about your specific dates when you request a courtesy hold.

Who uses a full hotel buyout?

Weddings, family reunions, milestone birthdays, bachelorette and bachelor parties, corporate retreats, and small groups who simply want total privacy without sharing the pool or common areas with strangers.

Is a small boutique buyout more affordable than a big resort buyout?

Generally, yes. A 14-room property makes a full buyout financially realistic for a group of 20–40, where a 200-room resort buyout requires a budget most groups don’t have. Boutique hotels are also far more likely to say yes to a buyout request in the first place.
