For groups of up to 40 guests, that means a wedding backdrop that doesn’t need a single rented drape.
Every Palm Springs wedding venue search turns up sprawling resorts built for 200-guest ballrooms. Azure Sky is the opposite: a property sized so your 30-person wedding fills the space instead of getting lost in it.
A Wedding Weekend, Not Just a Wedding Day
With a full buyout, your wedding party checks and has the entire hotel — all 14 rooms, the pool, the courtyard, the lobby bar — until checkout. Rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and a recovery brunch, all on one property.
How Room Blocks and Buyouts Work
A 72-hour courtesy hold secures your date while you review the contract and confirm headcount — no deposit required yet. A signed contract and confirm deposit to confirm your rooms and lock your date. Coordinators, catering, florals, and entertainment are booked and paid directly through Azure Sky’s preferred vendor list.
Ceremony & Reception Spaces
Lobby & Bar
Up to 20 guests, 800 sq ft. Oak and mirror-banded walls, a premium cocktail bar, and a fireplace in original brick. Right-sized for intimate weddings and elopements — no buyout required.
Meadow Courtyard
Up to 40 guests, 3,400 sq ft. Grass, a fire pit, and the sun setting into the San Jacinto Mountains. Available with a full buyout for ceremonies and dancing under the stars.
Pool Terrace
Up to 40 guests, 4,500 sq ft. Resort pool, 12-person hot tub, bar, and fire pit. The most-booked reception space, available with a full property buyout.
Wedding FAQs
Does Azure Sky host small weddings and elopements, or only full buyouts?
Both. Ceremonies of 20 guests or fewer can use the Lobby & Bar without a buyout. Groups above 20, or anyone wanting the courtyard or pool terrace, book a full hotel buyout of all 14 rooms.
What’s the maximum wedding size at Azure Sky?
40 guests. The hotel was designed at this scale on purpose — every space is sized to actually fit your group, not to feel empty in a rented ballroom.
Can we get married and stay the whole weekend?
Yes — a full buyout gives your wedding party exclusive use of all 14 rooms, the pool, courtyard, and lobby bar for the length of your contract, so the celebration doesn’t end when the ceremony does.
Do you provide a wedding planner, catering, or florals?
Azure Sky provides the venue, rooms, and event spaces. You’ll be handed a preferred vendor list for coordinators, catering, florals, and entertainment, booked and paid directly by you.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak wedding season in Palm Springs runs October through May, and with only 14 rooms, dates on Azure Sky’s calendar move quickly. Start with a courtesy hold as soon as you have a date in mind.
